## What This Video Covers

Grids let you run structured analysis across documents or companies. They work like AI-powered tables: rows define the items you want to analyze, columns define the questions or data points you want answered, and each cell is populated using the same criteria so the output stays consistent.

The video starts with grid organization. Grids can live inside folders, similar to Data Rooms, so related analysis stays grouped together. From there, you can either build a grid with AI or create one manually. Manual setup gives you two grid types: a Document Grid, where each row is a document, and a Ticker Grid, where each row is a company.

The demo focuses on creating a Document Grid. It shows how to add source documents by searching for a company, selecting a time period and document type, and confirming the selected documents. You can also upload your own files or use connected sources such as Snowflake or Databricks when available.

After the rows are selected, the video shows how to configure columns. Some columns are prefilled, such as company name, ticker, current price, industry, market, or sector. You can also add custom AI columns by writing prompts, such as asking the AI to identify key risk factors from each transcript.

Once the grid is generated, AllMind populates the cells in parallel and gives you a structured baseline for analysis. The completed grid can then be queried with Ask AI, letting you synthesize across every row and column, such as mapping key risks quarter over quarter for a company.

The main value of Grids is consistency at scale. You can apply the same analytical framework across many documents, companies, or sectors, then turn the structured results into follow-up analysis, spreadsheets, or presentations.
